Why is a General Power of Attorney important?
General Power of Attorney documents are important if you are either renovating or selling a property but are either living outside of the country or away on business or holiday. With a GPA in place, your chosen attorney can complete paperwork and sign contracts on your behalf without needing to register documents with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG).
